Celebrating Dr. Seuss’ birthday

We joined in the nationwide reading celebration of the beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss today on his birthday. We wore our fun socks, we listened to Cat in the Hat, played Dr. Seuss bingo, and made our hats. A fun fact to know is that Dr. Seuss wrote Green Eggs and Ham after he was challenged to write a book using only 50 words. We hope you will continue to read the many Dr. Seuss books available. If you are ever in Springfield, Massachusetts, go to The Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum.
