Our first day back to school! We began our inquiry about rocks. We listened to If You Find a Rock by Peggy Christian. This poetic text with beautiful photographs celebrates rocks. So many kinds of rocks: skipping rocks, climbing rocks, wishing rocks, and worry rocks. We all live on this giant rock, the Earth.
