Ms. Julie’s classes have new pets—superworms! The children are observing their life cycle up close. The superworms are not only eating their oatmeal but also enjoying pieces of watermelon, providing great examples of eating good food. It will take about a month for the superworms to complete their life cycle and develop into Darkling beetles. The children will be watching.
