Our last field trip of the year was to the Dallas Zoo. The children fed the giraffes, climbed the statues, and had a bird’s eye view of the lioness with the trainers. We ended the morning with a carousel ride, which was so much fun that we took two trips. Our outdoor process art activity was to make shadow drawings of elephants on the playground.
