FOUR & FIVE YEAR OLDS---Kathy Delsanter has a B.A. in psychology and an M.S. in child development from Cornell University, where she held a teaching assistantship in the Cornell Laboratory Nursery School.  Kathy received her Ph.D. from East Texas State University in early childhood education.  She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Delta Kappa.  She taught nursery school in N.Y. and day care children in Connecticut.  Kathy has been on the adjunct Child Development faculty at Brookhaven College.  She has two grown children, has taught at the Co-op since 1973. Kathy served as Director from 1974 to 2015.

YOUNG FOUR YEAR OLDS---Patty Mallard has her Bachelor of Fine Arts from S.M.U. with a major in art education and certification in art, elementary, and early childhood education.  She has taught first and third grades and art in Texas public schools and began teaching the Young Fours in 1994.  Patty teaches art classes for preschool through elementary ages.  She has two grown children and is a former Co-op parent. 

THREE & FOUR YEAR OLDS---Suzanne Hoffman has attended college in Illinois.  She was a Co-op parent for her two daughters and began teaching at the Co-op in 1994.  She has served as Board President, as well as numerous other positions. Suzanne has taken early childhood education courses at Brookhaven College.

YOUNG THREE YEAR OLDS ---Trish Carlson has B.A. and Master’s degrees in elementary education from Texas Christian University. She has also received a Doctorate of Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.  She is certified in special education and kindergarten, and taught 1stand 5thgrades in New Mexico and Texas. She served as an Instructional Specialist in Richardson ISD.  She began teaching at the Co-op in 2007, has been a Co-op parent, and has a former Co-op kid. In Fall of 2015, we were pleased to welcome Trish Carlson as Director of Northaven Cooperative Preschool.

TWO & THREE YEAR OLDS, YOUNG TWO YEAR OLDS---Carole Watters has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Charleston in West Virginia.  She has taught toddlers and preschool children, Kindermusik, and young children in Gymboree franchises where she has been an owner and director.  She has two adult children and three grandchildren.  Carole began teaching at the Co-op in 2008.
