The director of the school, Kathy Delsanter, has earned her master's degree in Child Development from Cornell University and her Ph. D. in Early Childhood Education from East Texas State University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and has had experience teaching at Northaven since 1973.  Previously she taught nursery and day care children in New York and Connecticut .
