Spring is here, and we are busy planting in our children’s garden. After listening to the award-winning book Tops and Bottoms, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. The children planted colorful zinnias in our garden box, carefully placing each seed into small holes and covering them with soil. We also conducted a science experiment with white flowers placed in our favorite colored water. Will the colored water change the color of our flowers? We are watching and wondering.
