Field trips are a wonderful addition to the preschool learning experience. Our classes have been studying butterflies, and what a wonder it was to enter the Butterfly Garden and enjoy the active and sensory experience of butterflies landing on our bodies. This shared experience allowed all the students to interact with their peers and adult helpers to increase their interest and knowledge about the insect world.
