In October of last year, we placed a Jack-o’-Lantern in our garden to watch the process of a rotting pumpkin. Late this summer, our pumpkin patch began to sprout, and our students were able to watch the vine grow, the flowers blossom, and with much excitement, we discovered our own Co-op pumpkin.
