Chase LaFerney, our resident Dad chef, came to school and made mozzarella cheese with our older classes. It was so interesting to look at and touch the curd, watch the curd change into cheese from the hot water and form a long stretchy piece (as long as our arms) into a ball of warm cheese. Yum!!!
