Northaven Co-operative Preschool is excited to announce the implementation of our indoor aeroponic tower garden. Our students from ages 2 to 5 will work together to grow herbs and lettuces, harvesting their produce to share with their families. “Our farm to table” will provide our students the opportunity for inquiry, observation, and collaboration. Gardening develops fine and gross motor skills as well as meets the curriculum guidelines for math, science, and nutrition. We look forward to our year-round growing season.
